Indus Valley School of Arts and Architecture is one of the most prominent art schools in Pakistan and is renowned for promoting creativity. This school single handedly provides the lion’s share of creative personnel working in the advertising industry of our country.
Recently Play, the hottest music channel in Pakistan, held a rocking concert at the Indus Valley for the students before they dived in to creating their portfolios.
Set in the green lawns of the school in front of the historic building, the concert featured the reigning king and the new rock royalty of Pakistani music. The names alone were enough to pull in all the students back to the campus. After all, who can resist watching Ali Azmat, Raeth, Roxen and Jal belt it out in an intimate setting, singing their biggest hits absolutely live? The show ended well after the planned ending time, due to longer performances by the artistes, everyone seemed thoroughly satisfied at a night which set the standards for concerts in Pakistan. Great atmosphere, great line up and great audience have become a hallmark of Play’s shows and this one was no exception.
